Niki Sanders: ability of super strengthWhen Niki is in danger, her alter ego, the spirit of Jessica takes over. Jessica was her sister, but died because of their father. If Niki looks into the mirror she sees Jessica winking or smiling at her. Niki is sometimes trapped in her own body, because she can’t get the upper hand anymore. In the first few episodes she’s not in control and then Jessica has super strength. At the end of the first season, Niki controls her body again and she can use the super strength as well.

Niki has a great power. It would be so nice to have her power, because you'll never need a man then to open cans...
It would definately be cool to be able to move a cupboard or something heavy without needing help from others!

Her power is indeed really extra ordinary. The actrice is called Ali Larter.
Seems to be a cool power, but she's a bit shyzofrenic ^^ i wouldn't like to see my sister when I look into the mirror...
It's true. In the beginning I really thought she was a bit paranoid..., but it becomes clear that she sees the spirit of her sister when she looks in the miror. It's freaky at first, but we know what it means in the furhter episodes!
